The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York on Friday, November 16. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S.A and several other countries are expected to attend. The event will be broadcast on Livestream.
More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. Gracyfy’s Fashion Concierge is a Finalist in the Startup of the Year 2018 – Consumer Services category.
Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 200 business professionals around the world, working on five juries. Their scores will also determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements that will be revealed at the 15th annual awards dinner and presentations in New York.

Starting with fashion – clothing and accessories, Gracyfy’s concierge seeks to help growing numbers of busy working women and moms, and those overwhelmed by online shopping, with a fast, easy and personalized shopping experience. Scientific studies on “enclothed cognition” have shown that right-for-us clothing can contribute to our confidence, raise our self-esteem, and help propel us in the workplace and relationships.
How it works:
To enroll with Gracyfy’s Fashion Concierge users complete a short style quiz. The customer is then connected with her own concierge assistant enabling on-demand ongoing conversations throughout their engagement with Gracyfy. It is like chatting with a friend who will make every effort to understand you, without being judgmental, and will always make time to help. Gracyfy gets that life and people are always changing. The client and her assistant can stay lock-step on changing goals, style, body shape, and budget.
The stylist creates virtual look-books to share with the client. The client can purchase what she likes and the items ship directly from the retailers. This allows Gracyfy to pass-back benefits like discounts and prime deals to the customer without being constrained by in-house stocks. Brands and styles a galore. Purchased item are not marked up over net retail charges.
Gracyfy’s Concierge provides an edge over blind subscription boxes by connecting shoppers with stylists for that humanized ‘let’s go shopping, girlfriend.’ experience. The element of surprise is retained but with the added convenience of digital, to reduce the hassle of returns.
Gracyfy’s Fashion Concierge steps in with a differentiated personalized service at an affordable price, made possible through blending technology and human accessibility. Their stylists are armed with a backend of cutting-edge technologies to enable scanning thousands of products across hundreds of brands as they compile custom looks for each customer.

Gracyfy’s Fashion Concierge is an online styling service which is interactive, personalized and on-demand.
The experience is personalized and differentiated through one-on-one chat with expert stylists to minimize returns and get exactly what you need delivered right to your doorstep, without being restricted to less-known brands and in-house styles.
At sign-up, the client completes a style quiz and styling plan. She gets a stylist matched and assigned to her. The stylist shops brands across the internet and creates personalized style edits as online Look-Books. The client can interactively review the styles and ask for a revision. She can simply concierge the entire look or pieces she liked. Items ship directly from retailers.

Narrowing back to clothing and accessories, when we looked at the current market space, also through personal experiences of being a busy corporate mom and having tried the various box services, we found key opportunities in 1. lack of on-demand expert interaction 2. being restricted to the box brands procured labels, styles and pricing offers.
Our approach around building a platform as a concierge service, provides unique benefits for customers and brands. The personal shopper at Gracyfy’s Concierge is not constrained by brands or in-house inventory, so they are able to scan virtually the whole internet to find deals across a variety of price points and brands. Brands have intrinsic benefits with this model, a.k.a. new customer acquisition, repeat sales and data insights. Our focus is on delivering customer-centered humanized experiences online, which opens new opportunity for stylists who are looking for extra income and commission with flexible working hours and for those displaced from the brick-mortar shrinkage.
On the flip side, Gracyfy provides a free turn-key platform for fashion bloggers to jump-start their styling business, accrue passive affiliate income and grow their clients.
Starting with styling, this framework has applicability to other lifestyle areas like home and auto. That being being our vision, we launched out of beta in Sept 2018 and are pointedly focused on our client service and delivering ‘The Gracyfy Experience’ – Style with purpose.

Then, as a corporate executive and mom of two young kids with a full time corporate position, for a few rounds, I tried box subscriptions to stay on track with my Fashion-Passion 🙂 and professional presence.
Boxes have the hand-it-to-an-expert and find-a-surprise aspects to it, which appealed to me like many others out there. However, I missed not having any real interaction with my stylist. Also, for me the surprise part was great, just that it didn’t have to be things physically in front of me.. I could easily review the looks on my iPhone at my daughters soccer game or waiting at the airport.. I rather have a way to minimize returns by eliminating items I definitely did’t care for before they were shipped. Also being tied down to the brands and stock items of box companies felt restrictive. From these experiences was born Gracyfy’s Fashion concierge.
Yesh’s vision of humanizing digital, is seen in technology investments made for stylists to scan top brands to match client preferences and assemble style edits. The edits are sent interactively to clients as Look-books over Gracyfy’s profile-messenger/SMS/phone. Stylists are match to Clients based on taste-matching in additional to other data-drive algorithms.
